Bobbi Casey, the administrator and inspiration for Bobbi's Way, has 41 years experience as a certified nursing assistant.

Kaleena Casey, owner, and the assistant administrator has 18 years of experience as a caregiver and a degree in health care administration.

Becoming Bobbi’s Way

My inspiration to work in the health care field was watching my mom, Bobbi Casey, caring for the elderly population. Early in my childhood, I recognized working among our older generation was rewarding to my mom; patients would light up in her presence and she in theirs'. During high school, I worked as a certified nursing assistant; at my mother's side, I soon discovered why she loved working with the elderly. I've been blessed over the past 18 years to witness and work with my mother as she has provided loving and skilled care throughout the Columbia River Gorge.

My Mother's Way is the way I aspire to be, Bobbi's Way is what many caregivers want to be, so naming the agency after my mom couldn't be more fitting because our agency models the care we provide her way.
